Our method is simple: take a real trend, headline or habit, and push it until it becomes absurd.

Where stories start

Ideas come from things people are actually talking about. The details, quotes, statistics and studies in our stories are usually invented.

What is made up

Assume everything is made up. Quotes are not real quotes. Numbers are not real numbers. Experts are not real experts, unless a story clearly says otherwise.

Links

Some stories link to real sources so you can see what inspired the joke. A link does not mean the story is accurate.
